The Water Purification Process

Hart Water uses a two stage purification process which includes a pre-treatment stage & a purification stage. 

Pre-Treatment

Carbon Filtration – removes sediment & chlorine
Water Softener – removes calcium & magnesium (hardness in your water)
Micron Filtration – 20 & 5 micron filters which remove addition fine particulate

This pre-treatment reduces contaminates in the water before it reaches the purification stage to help produce a higher quality final product.

Purification Process

Reverse Osmosis Filter – the final purification stage which uses high pressure to force the water through the membrane to remove any remaining contaminates or particulate to produce purified water.

The purified water is then stored in a holding tank and as the water is dispensed it passes through an Ultra Violet light as a final precaution, this sterilizes the water to ensure a safe product.

Bottle Sterilizer

Hart Water has a bottle sterilizer on site which uses ozone in place of any chemicals.
